Norway's TAAKE will release their fifth studio album, Noregs Vaapen, on November 1st via Candlelight Records. The album was produced by Bjørnar E. Nilsen (DEAD TO THIS WORLD, THE BATALLION, HELHEIM, VULTURE INDUSTRIES) and features guest appearances by Nocturno Culto (DARKTHRONE), Attila Csihar (MAYHEM) and Demonaz (IMMORTAL).

• DESTRUCTOR to begin recording new album in october 2011

Cleveland thrash metal legends DESTRUCTOR will enter Supernatural Sound Studios in Kirtland, OH in October to begin recording Decibel Casualties, the follow-up album to the critically acclaimed Forever In Leather from 2007. The new album will be recorded and engineered by VENOMIN JAMES guitarists Tomasz Scull and Joe Fortunato. Decibel Casualties is scheduled for a 2012 release via Auburn Records.

Norwegian Black Metal band Tsjuder are set to release their 4th full length ''Legion Helvete'' on October 14th via Season of Mist. The infernal trio recently re-united after five years of silence. The band’s last full-length album was “Desert Northern Hell,” which was released in 2004 on Season Of Mist.

• SUFFOCATION working on new album

New York Death Metal veterans SUFFOCATION have announced they will be working on new material for a release in 2012 through NUCLEAR BLAST. The new album will be the band’s first since 2009′s “Blood Oath,” also released on Nuclear Blast.
